- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled without any penalty.

- If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. You may choose to return the item once you receive it, according to our Return and Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Srepy
While we make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled as requested, we may need to cancel an order due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Product Availability: If an item in your order is out of stock or discontinued, we may cancel the order or notify you about the item’s unavailability and offer an alternative.
- Payment Issues: If we are unable to verify your payment or if there is an issue with the payment method, your order may be canceled.
